Welcome to Home Senses TT. By browsing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers of Home Senses TT, operating in Trinidad and Tobago. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Availability All items are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product information and pricing are accurate, but reserve the right to correct any errors.

3. Viewings & Appointments All product viewings are by appointment only. Please contact us via WhatsApp (868-779-0195) or email (homesensestt@hotmail.com) to schedule.

4. Payments We accept online card payments, bank transfers, and payment plans. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to secure an item. Items are not reserved until payment is confirmed.

5. Transport & Collection Home Senses TT does not provide delivery or transport services. Customers are responsible for arranging collection. We can assist in connecting you with a transport provider upon request.

6. Payment Plans Payment plan terms are agreed upon individually. Failure to maintain agreed payments may result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the order.

7. Limitation of Liability Home Senses TT is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or products purchased.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
